Class Syllabus

In this class we’ll see how effortlessly chrysanthemums are created both with the flat and filbert brushes. Along with the foliage, simple trailing flowers will add the finishing touches to these beauties.

• Learn/Review One Stroke Painting Terminology
• “Brush Up” (review proper brush care)
• Learn to paint chrysanthemums using both the flat and filbert brushes
• Learn the strokes to paint foliage and trailing flowers
• Paint project as time permits

• Purchase all the supplies before class

• Gift bag or gift box, scrapbook paper, stationery, etc.

Brushes:

• 1059 Plaid One Stroke Value Pack Brushes (best value) For this project we will be using #12 and #8 flat brushes, and #2 script liner
• OPTIONAL: #6 or #8 filbert brush
